Program Rules and Guidelines

Introduction: The Sponsors of the program reserve the right to change, alter, or otherwise tailor the following rules without notice. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
 
Eligibility: Registration and program participation is available for all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Individuals 18 and under are eligible to register, and are required to provide a guardian's name and current email address. Employees of the Erie County Department of Health and members of the LMO! Planning Team and the immediate family (defined as spouse and children) of each such individual are NOT eligible.

Contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. eastern standard time June 1, 2015, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. eastern standard time October 31, 2015.

How to Participate: Register on the program website. Registration allows individuals to document progress and work their way toward qualifying for the grand prize drawing November 2015. At the point of registration registrants are asked to provide contact information and answer the following pre-program survey question:

What would you say is your current level of physical activity outdoors? Would you say…?
You don’t currently engage in regular physical activity outdoors.
You don’t right now, but plan to start in the next six months.
You don’t right now, but plan to start in the next month.
You’ve been physically active outdoors on a regular basis for the past six months.
You’ve been physically active outdoors on a regular basis for a year or longer.


Walk, run or bike the passport’s 15 trails and find the single artist-designed marker located along each trail. A unique 10-digit pass key is displayed on each trail marker. Once registrants find a marker, the pass key may be recorded in passport booklet. Registrants can log in to the program website at any time and enter the pass key. After entering all 15 pass keys, and answering the following post-program survey question, registrants are automatically entered into the grand prize drawing.

Every time a registrant enters a single Pass Key, they are required to answer these questions.

Other Terms and Conditions: Potential winners will be required to sign and return a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, within fourteen (14) days of notification, failing which the potential winner will be disqualified and another winner selected in the place of the disqualified person at random from next highest vote tallies. If any prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and another potential winner will be selected in the original potential winner's place. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsors and those acting under the Sponsor's authority may use winner's name, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsors, their subsidiaries, affiliates and all of the Sponsors officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by winner for any liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize for participation in this contest or related activity. Subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited.
